Great walks
The area is well-known for its cliff path walks. The walk from Portpatrick to Killantringan Lighthouse and Bay takes about 2.5 to 3 hours for the whole trip and back and follows the first couple of miles of the Southern Upland Way. There’s also a lovely walk from the caravan park that takes you above Morroch Bay to Knockinaam.
Dunskey Castle
The ruins of the old Dunskey Castle are visible from the park. The new Dunskey House (Castle) is also worthy of a walk round the house, gardens and woods. It is situated to the north of the village. It’s a great place to visit. In addition to the house itself, there is a spa, along with many activities for all the family.
Mobile Home availability
The Park, and its location by the Sea, has a mixture of intertwined Residential Park Homes and Static Caravans. Some of these are Residential, where you can make them your home and would be paying Council Tax, or you could make your mobile home your Holiday Home with access the whole year round.
